The Second PPCP Workshop was an inter-disciplinary meeting focusing on constraint programming and constraint-based systems. The workshop was held in cooperation with the American Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Association for Logic Programming, and was sponsored in part by the Office of Naval Research.

The papers from the workshop were available by anonymous ftp from the host ftp.cs.washington.edu.
